What is our typical plan of attack?

While our key designer gathers  the initial requirements, our infrastructure developer get busy figuring out configuration management, automated build and other source code related issues. Our development team (typically 2-3 member strong) then hits the ground running - with a ready-to-go source control, configuration management and a soon-to-be automated build process.

 All our team members work in parallel so that they get your project off the ground to a cruising altitude in the least amount of time.  The Agile Testers work in close conjunction with the development team to perform quality assurance testing as well as end-to-end integration testing.
